We have created this policy on IP address usage so that our costumers have a better understanding of the measures we take regarding IP addresses and illicit activities. 
 
If a costumer's IP address is blocked due to spam, said costumer will need to pay a fine determined by iBizOnCall's management staff, as well as the cost of removing the IP from the black list. 
 
Any dedicated server that is found to be sending spam, or performing any other act that iBizOnCall considers of an illegal nature, will be automatically and immediately suspended. Any hard disks and data within them, as well as the costumer's contact information, may be sent to the proper authorities for investigation and a possible prosecution. 
 
The costumer will not be able to negotiate the disclosure of information to the authorities in the case that the illicit act was done intentionally. 
 
Falling back into a black list for a second time will have a higher fine cost, which will be established by the managerial staff of iBizOnCall, plus the ammount that it costs to remove the IP from the black list. 
 
If it is found that one of our costumer's dedicated servers has fallen into a black list three or more times, we will cancel our services for that dedicated server (our services will still be charged during this time) until we are able to contact the costumer and the behavior is explained, as well as any measures taken to prevent it. 
 
Any time after an IP is released from a black list, said IP will be under careful investigation for a period of time. The minute that the IP is found to be doing anything that might put it back into a black list, our services will be suspended until further notice, and they will still be charged for. On this matter, we do not have preferences or special tolerance for any costumer. 
 
If we find that a domain whithin the panel has saturated the mail queue, the domain will be suspended and fined with an ammount established by the iBizOnCall managerial staff. The domain will stay suspended until the fine is paid. The account will be suspended from the panel until further notice and any information may be turned over to the authorities 
 
In the case that spam is being sent by one or more email accounts, all of these accounts will be suspended indefinitely. If the account belongs to a reseller's costumer, said reseller has to communicate with that costumer and take the appropriate measures to correct this matter, as any resellers are responsible for the verification of their costumers before selling and providing any type of service to them. 
 
If a shared hosting IP or email are found to be blocked by spam problems, there will be a fine established by the iBizOnCall managerial staff for each domain that is hosted in that IP address. 
 
Our costumers are entirly responsible for the use that they give their dedicated servers and/or iBizPanel, be it good or bad. 
 
The security and maintenances of whatever scripts are used, are the complete responsiblity of our costumers. This applies to scripts that are used either in dedicated servers, or whithin the iBizPanel. Many spam cases occur due to the code in this scripts using little or no security. 
 
iBizOnCall is not held responsible for any or all ilicit material that is handled by it's costumers, any type of material that violates any of the policies established by iBizOnCall may lead to a permanent cancellation of the costumer's account with iBizOnCall.
