We have created this document to help our costumers better understand the terms and conditions under which iBizOnCall provides it's services. These terms of service are considered a binding agreement between iBizOnCall and each one of it's costumers. 
 
-Our iBizPanel is located at https://admin.iBizOnCall.com, iBizOnCall will communicate with it's costumers via the iBizPanel, and/or via email messages. We will send these emails to the contact address specified in the iBizPanel by each one of our customers. 
-This agreement may undergo modifications and updates at any time. Notice of these changes will be given at that time in a prominent location within the iBizPanel, or will be given to the customers via email. 
-iBizOnCall does not give out or sell any of it's costumer's personal information, nor costumer lists to any third party. There are a few exceptions, such as when required by law or in case the costumer specifically asks us to do so. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on this. 
-Each one of iBizOnCall's costumers must maintain their contact information updated using the iBizPanel. If they do not keep said information accurate, it may result in a suspension of their services with us. We are not responsible for our costumer's inability to use or access our iBizPanel. 
-iBizOnCall reserves the right to refuse or suspende our service to anyone, for any reason. iBizOnCall's costumers may only use our services in a legal way and for a lawful purpose. iBizOnCall cannot be held responsible for any damages that ocurr due to the suspension of services. 
-The transmission of any type of material that is in violation of any local, state, or federal regulation is estrictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: trade secret protected material, copyrighted material, material that is legally judged to be obscene or threatening and pornographic material. 
-It is strictly forbidden the use of our services for propagating, housing, processing, distributing, storing or handling material that is considered to be pornographic, obscene, threatening, or which we consider inappropriate. This may include, but is not limited to, the following: materials with an adult nature, violent themes, pornography or satanic materials. iBizOnCall reserves the right to decide the designation of any of the materials mentioned. 
-Payment for our services is due each month, on the day that each costumer first signed up. iBizOnCall will send a promptly message via email approximately 10 days prior to the due date. Another reminder will be sent 1 day before the payment date is due. If payment is not made by the due date, the costumer's account will be suspended at noon one day after the due date. There may be a small reactivation fee set at the discretion of iBizOnCall. 
-If a costumer account is suspended for 8 or more calendar days, it will be erased. The amount due on this account may be subject to interest at a rate set by iBizOnCall. 
-If a costumer does not wish to continue using the services offered by iBizOnCall, the costumer will need to login into his account and delete all products and services from it. When this is done, the costumer will be responsible for any unpaid products, services, or late fees. Prepaid accounts are non-refundable if the customer eliminates the account before the paid period has expired. 
-iBizOnCall provides services as-is, they are to be used at each costumer's own risk. iBizOnCall does not offer any warranties (expressed or implied). iBizOnCall is not responsible for the results of using our service, or the inability to use our service. These may include, but are not limited to: any personal or financial loss, loss of data, damage to software or hardware. 
-In case of a check, cashier's check, or money order return, there may be a service charge specified by iBizOncall's manager staff. 
-Every charged will be bill in accordance to the prices currently posted whithin the iBizPanel, any costumer may cancel their account at any time and may receive a 30 day money back guarantee. 
-iBizOnCall reserves the right to modify prices on accounts, services or products at any time, for any reason. In the case of a price increase, this will take effect 30 calendar days after the notice has been posted on the iBizPanel, or emailed to the costumer. Also in this case, our costumers are free to cancel their account, product or service in order to avoid an increasement in their bill. 
-In the case a costumer wishes to dispute an invoice or portion of an invoice, it must still be paid in full by the due date. In the case the costumer gets any credits when the dispute is resolved, these will be applied to the invoice on the costumer's next payment the following month. 
-Our costumers are responsible for following the federal, state and local laws of San Diego California, the United States, and any other countries which the costumer communicates with via the internet. 
-Costumers are strictly prohibited to use our services to take part or support any kind of activity that is considered to be of an illegal nature. iBizOnCall does not have any control over the network traffic's content, from or to the servers of our costumers or their network. 
-iBizOnCall strongly recommends it's costumers to avoid sending any sensitive information through email or other internet services, unless they use some form of data encryption. This is due to the insecure nature of the majority of the internet. 
-Our costumers are responsible for keeping their services secure and maintaining their integrity . iBizOnCall cannot be held responsible for any security breach that occurs within a costumer's services. 
-Our costumers are responsible for their actions when using our service. As a condition for getting the service iBizOnCall provides, our costumers must agree to indemnify and hold free of guilt the employees, officers, agents, shareholders, owners and partners of iBizOnCall from any cause of action that originates from the use of the service. 
-If it is found that any part on this policy contradicts federal, state, or local laws, the remaining portions of this policy will remain in full force. Every dispute in regard to this policy will be governed by the laws of the United States of America. 
-iBizOnCall will never share the personal information of any of it's costumers without their permission, or unless it is solicited by the corresponding authorities for legal purposes. Costumers of iBizOnCall may make any changes or modifications to their information at any time they desire. Said information will be kept confidential and secure by iBizOnCall. Please reffer to the iBizOnCall Privacy Policy for more information on this topic. 
-Information collected from our costumers in Europe is transferred to iBizOnCall only with said costumer's permission, and always complying with the United States Department of Commerce Safe Harbor Certification, and also complying with the European laws for data protection. 
-Additional information on the terms and condition may be specified within the listing of each server within the iBizPanel.
